artdoll-spiritus by K. Moss

This doll is sewn from a salvaged cotton upholstery sample. She has a bone bead face and gold-toned bead hands. The wings are fabric leaves. The headdress is fashioned from parrot and peacock feathers. The arms and legs are ornamented with vintage glass and bone beads in peyote stitch and embroidery.

This doll appeared in the premier issue of Art Doll Quarterly.
